Designed specifically for South African Accountable Institutions operating under the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). Includes individual and business KYC packs, beneficial ownership capture, and a full audit trail.
Complete Next.js + Supabase codebase. No black box — your team owns and modifies every line.
Deploy on your own infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, Azure, bare metal). Client data never leaves your environment.
Replace the FICAFlow wordmark, colours, and domain with your own. Clients see only your brand.
Built-in consent capture, POPIA disclosures, audit trails, and data-minimisation flows — ready for South African compliance.
Business-side inbox, cases, invite links, compliance document requests, and e-signature — everything FICAFlow has, yours.
We walk you through deployment, Supabase configuration, custom domain setup, and email provider integration.
For forex dealers and category I–III FSPs, client KYC data is among the most sensitive information you hold. Storing it on a third-party SaaS platform creates a concentration risk — and in many cases, a POPIA and FICA compliance exposure your legal team would rather avoid.
With the FICAFlow white-label licence you pay once, deploy on your own servers or cloud account, and own every byte of client data. There is no FICAFlow server in the middle. Clients interact with your domain, your branding, and your infrastructure.
You still get every feature: invite links, multi-party cases, beneficial ownership capture, e-signature, compliance document requests, and the complete PDF pack generation. Just under your own name.
Is there a per-client or per-submission fee?
No. Once you have the licence you run it for as many clients as you need. No usage fees, ever.
What infrastructure do I need?
A Vercel account (free tier works for most) and a Supabase project (free tier included). We'll walk you through it.
Can I modify the code?
Yes. You own the source — change the branding, add fields, integrate your own CRM, whatever you need.
Do updates come with the licence?
The licence is a snapshot. Major feature updates can be purchased separately or you can merge from the upstream repo if you keep the Git history.
Is this POPIA-compliant out of the box?
The platform includes the technical controls (consent capture, data minimisation, access controls, audit log). Your firm's POPIA compliance obligations still rest with your Information Officer.
Fill in the form and we'll reply within one business day with a proposal and everything you need to get started.
