Common questions

Can I use FICAFlow for free?: Yes — you can build your KYC pack and send it completely for free. The receiving institution needs a subscription to open it, but they get their first pack free so they can see the value before committing.
What's the difference between monthly and once-off?: Monthly billing (R49 or R99) renews each month and can be cancelled any time. Once-off (R199 or R499) is a single payment that never recurs — your access never expires.
What happens if my subscription lapses?: Your packs stay readable and downloadable. You can't forward to new institutions until you renew, but nothing is deleted and your data stays yours.
How does business billing work?: One subscription covers your entire business workspace. Create unlimited templates, invite links, and receive as many client packs as you need — no per-seat or per-submission fees.
Is my card stored on FICAFlow?: No. Payments are processed by Paystack (South African PSP, PCI DSS Level 1). FICAFlow never sees or stores your card details.
